The Real Moroccan Pepper Salad

If you are looking for an easy, delicious and original salad recipe, you are in the right place! Moroccan pepper salad recipe is one of the easiest and most delicious salads you can make. It is prepared with only one main ingredient and takes a few minutes of preparation. When I was young, my mother used to prepare this pepper salad every week and serve it as a side dish to her delicious Moroccan chicken tagine. Besides, this Moroccan pepper salad recipe is vegan, healthy and will probably satisfy all the tastes.

Another variation can be made by adding fresh cut tomatoes to the peppers while cooking them. The taste will be different, yet super delish as well! So, make sure you try this variation too and see what you like best.

You can either serve this pepper salad as a side dish or add it to your sandwiches and regular salads to make them more interesting. Besides, if you are like me and like homemade appetizers, the tomato variation is super yummy for dippings or in tapas, believe me!
